From our office in Kidlington, we work with founders across fintech, SaaS, supply chain, and comparison publishing — many choosing Oxfordshire for its talent pool, quality of life, and proximity to London without London costs.
The shift to remote-first work accelerated this trend. Companies no longer need a Shoreditch postcode to attract engineering talent. Oxfordshire offers excellent schools, green space, and a growing community of technical founders who previously would have defaulted to London.
